PGL Minor day 1 photos

The first day of the European Regional Minor at the brand new PGL studio in Bucharest has come to an end, with the group A matches having been played out. Check out our photos.

The first matches of the day were played in best of one format, with E-frag.net and PENTA beating their rivals CG and LDLC White, respectively. The elimination match was the lat BO1 of the day. pitting the two losers against each other. CG, somewhat unexpectedly, prevailed, sending LDLC home early.

The last two matches of the day, the winners match and the decider, were played in best-of-three. E-frag.net established their dominance early on winning the first map against PENTA 16-13, and closing the match out in the second.

The decider, which pit CG and PENTA against each other, started off with CG taking de_overpass comfortably before dropping both maps afterwards in overtime despite having a huge 14-5 lead on de_dust2 as the decider.
